Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust
The Covenant Fund Trust was launched in 2015 and has provided grants for various programmes from Local Authority funding to family support projects and the Veterans Gateway. They run several programmes through the year, with new funding streams being announced regularly.
RBL Grants
The Royal British Legion offer a wide range of different grants for the Armed Forces Community including grants for Cost of Living, crisis situations, studying abroad, employment, housing adaptations, mobility support, hearing loss and physical injury. They also offer external grants to other not-for-profit organisations planning projects to benefit the wider Armed Forces community.
Army Benevolent Fund (ABF) – The Soldier’s Charity
The ABF is the Army’s National Charity, and they provide a lifetime of support to soldiers, veterans and their immediate families from every conflict. They give assistance to individuals as well as making grants to a large number of charities and partner organisations.
The Royal Naval Benevolent Trust
The RNBT offer grants and financial assistance to those who are serving or have served as Warrant Officers or below in the Royal Navy and Royal Marines, and their dependents.
Forces in Mind Trust
The aim of the Forces in Mind Trust is to provide an evidence base that will influence and underpin policy making and service delivery in order to enable ex-Service personnel and their families to lead successful civilian lives. They award grants (both reactive and proactive) that aim to improve the transition process for ex-Service personnel and their families.
